Recognizing this gap, PRADAN, a leading developmental organization, partnered with AgWise in early 2024 to implement a groundbreaking project across Farmer Producer Organizations in Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh. This initiative marked a significant milestone—the first-ever adoption of a conversational digital platform by FPOs in India. Powered by AgWise, the solution transformed farmer engagement by creating a dynamic WhatsApp-based chatbot that enabled farmers to seamlessly access agri-services, sell their produce, and receive expert support. This innovative approach is paving the way for scalable, conversational agriculture platform that empower farmers and strengthen the FPO ecosystem.
